What is an Introducing Broker (IB)?

An Introducing Broker relationship is an arrangement whereby you the broker introduce clients to trade with CMC Markets and either earn a commission and fee schedule for introducing that business or continue to charge your clients a fee for your advice. There are multiple forms of revenue generating opportunities dependant on the volume of business that you put forward.

An IB relationship provides the opportunity for you, given that you have the required credentials to provide advice to your clients, to receive a commission schedule. The client always remains with the partner, however the client funds their account directly with CMC Markets.
